一直没弄明白是怎么回事,什么样才算是”derived from or based on”? 到底是允许不允许私有非GPL的项目使用?

原来只要不使用它的源代码,只是在编译和发布时链接它的dll,就可以对自己的代码选择自己的协议了–只要不违反你使用的任何其它组件的协议.
